Payment Policy

FindAITalents ("we," "us," or "our") operates the platform at https://intimigram.com/ (the "Site"), an AI-powered marketplace connecting businesses with top AI freelancers (the "Services"). This Payment Policy governs all financial transactions on the platform, including client payments, freelancer payouts, fees, refunds, and compliance requirements.
By making or receiving payments through FindAITalents, you agree to this Payment Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use payment-related features of the Services.
1. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment partners (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or regional providers). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Clients must fund projects via approved methods before work begins. Funds are held in escrow until milestones are approved.
Supported payment methods include:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Bank transfers (ACH, SEPA, wire)
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, where available)
- Local payment methods (iDEAL, Sofort, etc., by region)
2. Service Fees
FindAITalents charges a platform service fee on all transactions:
- Client Fee: 3–5% added to project total (varies by plan)
- Freelancer Fee: 10–15% deducted from earnings (tiered by volume)
Fees are clearly displayed before confirmation. Enterprise clients may negotiate custom rates.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Currency conversion (at mid-market rate + 1%)
- Expedited payouts (1–2% surcharge)
- Dispute resolution (case-by-case)
3. Escrow & Milestone Payments
Client funds are held in secure escrow until:
- Milestones are marked complete and approved
- Final deliverables are accepted
- Any dispute period (7 days) has passed
Freelancers are paid only for approved work. Clients may request revisions before release.
Escrow protects both parties and ensures fair compensation for delivered work.
4. Payouts to Freelancers
Approved funds are released to freelancers within:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 24–48 hours (with fee)
Payout methods include:
- Bank transfer (local or international)
- PayPal
- Wise, Payoneer, or crypto (where supported)
Minimum payout threshold: $50 (or equivalent). You are responsible for any bank or transfer fees.
Tax withholding applies where required by law (e.g., U.S. 1099, VAT reverse charge).
5. Strong Customer Authentication (PSD2/SCA)
Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), payments are subject to Strong Customer Authentication under PSD2. You may be prompted for two-factor verification (e.g., 3-D Secure, OTPs, biometrics).
Failure to complete SCA may cause the transaction to fail. We recommend enabling 3D Secure on your card and keeping your contact details updated.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
Clients may request refunds via escrow if:
- Work is not delivered as agreed
- Milestones are rejected with valid reason
- Project is canceled before work begins
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Service fees are non-refundable unless due to platform error.
Chargebacks must follow payment provider rules. Abuse may result in account suspension.
7. Currency & Taxes
Default currency: USD. Clients may pay in local currency (converted at live rates).
You are responsible for:
- Reporting income to tax authorities
- Paying applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax
- Providing valid tax ID (e.g., VAT number, EIN) when required
We may issue invoices and tax forms (e.g., 1099-K, VAT MOSS) as required by law.
8. Prohibited Transactions
You must not use the platform for:
- Illegal activities or sanctioned entities
- Money laundering or fraud
- Adult content, gambling, or restricted goods
- Circumventing fees or escrow
Violations may result in withheld funds, account termination, and legal reporting.
9. Payment Disputes
Disputes must be filed within 7 days of milestone completion. Our team mediates based on:
- Contract terms and deliverables
- Communication logs
- Evidence of work quality
Decisions are final. Repeated disputes may affect account standing.
10. Changes to Payment Policy
We may update this policy with 7 days’ notice via email or dashboard alert. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Security Tip: Enable 3D Secure on your cards and use strong, unique passwords. Never share OTPs or login codes. Report suspicious activity immediately to security@intimigram.com.
