FindAITalents ("we," "us," or "our") operates the platform at https://intimigram.com/ (the "Site"), an AI-powered marketplace connecting businesses with top AI freelancers (the "Services"). This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for payments made through the platform.
By using the Services, you agree to this Refund Policy in conjunction with our Freelancer Terms and Payment Policy.
1. General Policy
All payments are final upon release from escrow to the freelancer. Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined below.
Platform service fees (client & freelancer) are non-refundable except in cases of platform error or fraud.
2. Client Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund from escrow if:
- Work Not Started: Project is canceled before freelancer begins work (100% refund of escrow)
- Non-Delivery: Freelancer fails to deliver agreed milestone by deadline (proportional refund)
- Quality Issues: Delivered work does not meet project brief and revisions are exhausted (case-by-case)
- Duplicate Payment: Accidental double charge (full refund within 30 days)
Refunds are not available if:
- Work was delivered and approved (even partially)
- Client changes requirements after work begins
- More than 7 days have passed since milestone approval
3. Freelancer Refund Scenarios
Freelancers are not eligible for refunds on earned payments. However:
- Overpayment: If client accidentally overfunds, excess is refunded to client
- Dispute Loss: If mediation rules in client’s favor, funds are returned from escrow
Freelancers keep payments for approved, delivered work — even if client later cancels project.
4. Refund Process
- Submit request via Dashboard → Billing → Request Refund or email support
- Include order ID, reason, and evidence (screenshots, messages)
- Our team reviews within 48 hours
- Approved refunds processed in 5–10 business days to original payment method
Bank delays may apply. Currency conversion uses original rate.
5. Chargebacks
Chargebacks bypass our process and may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of access to funds and profiles
- Legal action for breach of terms
Use our internal refund system first. Chargebacks are only valid for unauthorized transactions.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform service fees (always)
- Expedited payout fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Completed and approved work
- Dispute resolution fees (if applicable)
7. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this policy with 7 days’ notice via email or dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Pro Tip: Use clear milestones and approve work only when satisfied. Communicate early to avoid disputes. Most issues are resolved without refunds.
